Northland Renovation Laundry Room

Relocating the laundry to the lower level was an easy decision, thanks to the existing wash basin already in place. This move allowed the space to be designed intentionally, with function leading every choice.

Pot lights were added to accommodate the lower ceiling height while keeping the room bright and welcoming. Generous counter space was incorporated for folding, sorting, and everyday organization—transforming the laundry room into a highly practical and efficient workspace that supports the home’s overall flow.
